Denis Gingras works as a coordinator in the Water Treatment Department of the City of Lévis, Sanitation Division.
With degrees in biology and water sanitation, his professional journey has been diverse, including experience in construction, transportation, landscaping, technical sales, and the environmental sector.

His passion for handball dates back to his time at Cégep Ste-Foy in 1978. He played actively for many years until 2019, when a hip replacement surgery forced him to retire from the sport. Despite this, Denis remained deeply involved as a referee, coach, and tournament organizer.

In addition to his dedication to BAMQ, Denis has also participated in several CHA events.
His expertise in operations management and his commitment to Balle au mur Québec make him a valuable asset to the organization. At the same time, he continues to be actively involved in the occupational health and safety committee at his current workplace.

One name has resonated in handball circles for over 50 years: PÉLISSIER.
Alain began his career on the newly built courts at Université Laval in the early 1970s. He went on to build a reputation as a high-level player in various tournaments held in Canada and the United States.

However, as his family and professional responsibilities grew, he chose to focus on developing the next generation for his favorite sport. Sometimes, the simplest strategies are the most effective: he started by introducing his immediate family to the game.
